How does it work?

For every dollar you spend at Rumbl, you earn 0.5 points. These points give you access to incredible benefits, from discounts on future rentals to exclusive Miami experiences and free rental days. The more you rent, the greater your rewards!

Membership Levels

With RUMBL REWARDS, you have the opportunity to move up through different membership tiers. Each level offers additional benefits and is designed to reward loyalty and frequent use of our services.

Bronze

0 to 2,499 points

Point accumulation, access to 10% discounts, and limited upgrades subject to availability.

Silver

2,500 to 6,999

or a minimum of 10 rental days per year

Up to 15% discounts, priority access to upgrades subject to availability, and access to redeemable experiences such as dinners for two.

Gold

7,000 to 14,999

or a minimum of 20 rental days per year

Up to 20% discounts, priority for upgrades, and premium experiences such as jet ski tours.

Diamond

More than 15,000 points

or a minimum of 35 rental days per year

Up to 30% discounts, absolute priority for upgrades, free rental days in any category, exclusive access to experiences in Miami, and personalized service.

Status Maintenance
To maintain your membership level, you must meet a minimum number of rental days per year or points accumulated in the last year. This ensures you continue to enjoy exclusive benefits:
  • Bronze: No additional requirements.
  • Silver: Minimum of 8 rental days per year or 2,500 points accumulated in the last 12 months.
  • Gold: Minimum of 15 rental days per year or 7,000 points accumulated in the last 12 months.
  • Diamond: Minimum of 25 rental days per year or 15,000 points accumulated in the last 12 months.
Redeem Points for Free Days
Redeem your accumulated points for free rental days across different vehicle categories.
Each category has a specific point cost, encouraging our clients to accumulate and enjoy our luxury options.
  • Economy Category (e.g., Honda CRV)
    • Cost: 8,000 points per free day
    • Restriction: Maximum of 3 consecutive free days; subject to availability during peak demand dates
  • Intermediate Category (e.g., Nissan Rogue, Toyota Camry)
    • Cost: 12,000 points per free day
    • Restriction: Maximum of 3 consecutive free days; subject to availability during peak demand dates
  • Premium Category (e.g., Alfa Romeo Stelvio, BMW 3 Series)
    • Cost: 18,000 points per free day
    • Restriction: Maximum of 2 consecutive free days; availability priority for Gold and Diamond members
  • Luxury Category (e.g., Mercedes GLC 300, Audi Q5)
    • Cost: 25,000 points per free day
    • Restriction: Maximum of 1 free day; available only for Diamond members
Redeeming Points for Upgrades
Upgrade your current reservation by redeeming points for upgrades to a higher category, subject to availability. Customers in higher tiers have priority for upgrades.
  • Upgrade from Economy to Midsize
    • Cost: 3,000 points per upgrade day
    • Restriction: Subject to availability; not applicable on peak dates
  • Upgrade from Midsize to Premium
    • Cost: 5,000 points per upgrade day
    • Restriction: Subject to availability; Not applicable on peak demand dates
  • Upgrade from Premium to High-End Category
    • Cost: 8,000 points per upgrade day
    • Restriction: Only for Gold and Diamond customers; priority on peak demand dates for Diamond customers
  • Upgrade from Economy Category to Premium directly
    • Cost: 6,000 points per upgrade day
    • Restriction: Subject to availability; priority for Silver customers and above

  • Gold Customers: Receive a 10% discount on points when redeeming free days in Economy and Midsize categories.
  • Diamond Customers: Receive a 15% discount on points when redeeming free days in all categories and priority access to upgrades and bookings on high-demand dates.
Special Bonuses
To help you reach your goals, RUMBL REWARDS includes exclusive promotions:
  • Point Bonus Days: During special dates, you’ll earn double points for every dollar spent.
  • Status Anniversary Bonus: Upon completing one year at a level, you’ll receive bonus points based on your status: 250 points for Silver, 500 for Gold, and 1,000 for Diamond.
  • Referral Program: Earn 500 points for each referred friend who makes a booking of at least one week.
